Russian Wines & Fusion of Italian and French Cuisines
Ladies and Gentlemen,
We are happy to invite you to an evening of Russian wines and French-Italian fusion cuisine. The menu has been created specially for us by the chef of The 12 Wine Bar.
The Menu:
- Sparkling welcome drink
- First course: Bruschetta with anchovy mousse, quail eggs, black olives and caviar
- Second course: Cannelloni stuffed with spinach and ricotta cheese with tomato sauce
- Third course (choice of one): a) Seabass fillet with corn sauce & leek in creamy sauce b) veal scallops with gorgonzola sauce
- Dessert: Gorgonzola mousse with pear
All the dishes will be paired with wines produced in Russia and rival French and Italian wines — or that’s what the owner says. Shall we find out?

Dress-code: Smart casual
Price: 2900 rubles in advance, 3200 rubles at the door.
